I emailed for help and got a ridiculous answer that made no sense. If I ordered a 14 inch hairpiece then why didn’t I receive a 14 inch chair piece? The response I got was that the curly haired pieces actually come longer than what you order for styling. That doesn’t make any sense. The hair is already styled curly and it’s still measuring over 20 inches long.
