With my original order one of the cream packets and the spray were completely damaged (I think from shipping). I contacted Painless Tattoo and they replaced both items without me having to jump through a ton of hoops (initial email and then pictures of the damaged items). It took a little bit to get the replacements but they were very kind and helpful with the situation.
