The quality of the knife set was very good. But the service and customer service was none existent! I emailed regarding a problem with my order and never heard a reply. This is unacceptable!! I placed an order for $270 and you would think they would answer my questions. The stated policy of Blade City replacing an item with one or their choosing is absurd!! If I wanted two of the same product I would have order two and NOT A REPLACEMENT OF THEIR CHOOSING! If I order a sword and a butter knife, I don't want two butter knives!
