My order went well and everything shipped pretty quickly. I was surprised the painting arrived rolled up but it was stored in a protective tube and there were no wrinkles. The paints were stored in individual containers with little twist off lids (very cute). I’m pleased with my overall experience and would shop with them again.

Overall, my experience has been positive. Ordering was straightforward and the product arrived safely, although delivery was slightly delayed. I understand that delays can happen and it wasn’t a major issue for me. I’ve really enjoyed working on the paintings and have found paint by numbers to be a relaxing and enjoyable hobby.
