Zero stars if I could. A company that makes a customer pay to return an item that was sent INCORRECTLY by the company is a company with no integrity and will be reporting to BBB. Pitiful, really you don’t care to make things RIGHT. And offering a refund by making customer spend their own money for YOUR mistake is pathetic. Do better.
