While I appreciate the drop system as a marketing tactic, it *is* rather annoying as a customer to be unable to get the gear I need when I have the time, desire, funds, or all of the above aligned.

I have still haven't received my order. It's been over a month since the order was placed and the USPS tracking info only says a shipping label has been created. Multiple attempts were made to request a status update on this order to [email protected] and [email protected], but I have received no responses to date. How can I have a good shopping experience if the product I ordered has never been received an any attempt at an order confirmation is not responded to?
