I mean I get how much trouble it is to sort out your orders and even tho this is not about this order, I still haven't received my may order and yes it was a preorder but I already got the shipping information from the carrier and that means the package must be close to being ready. Yet I haven't heard from it in an entire week... no worries tho you're still doing an amazing job on normal orders. Keep that up!

The customer service was a disaster. I woke up at 1:40 AM for Early Access, and even though my order went straight to 'Preparing for shipping', support tried to force a June pre-order on me using automated templates. When I reached out on Instagram to point out the system contradiction, they completely ignored my DMs and even deleted my comments. The products are great, but the way they treat customers is unacceptable. Terrible communication.
