Mijn ervaring met Drippy Amsterdam is helaas teleurstellend. De armband (€45) ging binnen 2–3 weken bij normaal gebruik kapot. De klantenservice bleef volhouden dat dit door externe kracht kwam, zonder concreet bewijs te delen. Er werd geen vervanging of terugbetaling aangeboden, alleen een kortingscode. Eerste indruk was goed, maar de service bij problemen valt erg tegen.

Like I said I was trippin over the size, emailed them ab it sayin I wanted to change it, they said that they couldn’t cuz it was processed, but that’d they prepare the return ticket or sum so that once it arrives, I could return it and they’d immediately send a replacement to make the whole thing go as smoothly as possible.
