The pictures do not actually show the size of things. So upon receiving them we were all surprised by how small the glasses are and how small the whiskey stones were. The glasses are thinner than we imagined, too. We are use to heavy,thick whiskey glasses. These are very thin and I'm hoping they won't break easily. The delivery time was not acceptable. I ordered these as a Christmas gift and was given a delivery date prior to Christmas. We received the package in Jan.

My only recommendation is to put a little more info on the website about the lifetime warranty. I wasn’t sure what it covers and how it works when I read what little they had about it on the website. Asked in an email along with another question and never got an answer about the lifetime warranty. I didn’t reach out any further about it though because I don’t think the warranty will be an issue based on looking and holding the glass and also the cheap price of it indicates it’s not claimed much
