Quality of product and quality of packaging was very poor. The glasses were advertised as Japanese hand made. The quality of the glasses were terrible. The quality of the wood around the glasses was terrible. These were extremely low quality product and not as advertised.

I truly have nothing good to say aside from the little plate looks like what i hope that the glass would have looked like. It looks like you flamed a Hobby Lobby tea light and let it move and then seized it again. I only feel stupid for having believed that your company and products were legit.

The glasses was not what was marketed. They are clearly not handmade. Thick and fitmpressed. The look as the pictures but way lower quality. They are not worth the money being charged for them. Thet did not arrive in the wooden giftbox which was promised but in layers of bubble wrap in a plastic bag. Save you money or spend it on a site that is more legitimate than this one.

Handmade Japanese glasses should not come from China. They were a Christmas present ordered on the 5th or 6th of December and showed up after Christmas. Now that i've seen them i'm embarassed to gift them. Not what I expected for £60.
