10/10 shrimp died.

Whenever I buy shrimp, I prefer to use this company. The shrimp are very high-quality, and they are not overpriced!

So small it was hard to see them in the bag. What a rip off

Terrible experience. Packaging was atrocious and 2 day shipping took a week.

Easy to deal with. They sent me new shrimp when I explained that I received some DOAs. Will 100% go through again in the future. They were great! All shrimp were unique and are thriving in my tank. Thanks ShrimpUp!

You need to have more communication to your customers, especially when there’s a problem with your employees and with the shipment of the product but other than that well pleased with the shrimp

Owner does not stand behind what they sell. Waste of money

All the shrimp came healthy and twice the amount I ordered was sent- which is appreciated in my case. However, I did not receive a jade green shrimp as I ordered.

Shipping took much longer than expected.

The shrimps they sell are healthy but they do take time to ship their shrimps. You might have to wait for 2 weeks to get your orders

With th we shrimp only 2 arrived alive the rest were dead again due to the cold water

Took a long time to get order. I can say they were responsive to emails. I had 3 orders with them and only received two. Got a refund for the third one. Shrimp were okay but not top quality, for instance ordered some carbon rili and some of them were just half black and half clear rather than rili.
