There was a small misunderstanding, I think. The page said my product was in stock, but after a week without any updates, I emailed customer service and they told me that my product was not in stock. A day after that, I received an email telling me that the product was in stock, then shipped the next day. I am okay with my purchase, but the communication wasn't always clear.

The U.S. store in Florida is extremely unprofessional! I ordered one 4 pack of Bont Glow wheels in the Cherry Blossom color, and they were shipped opened and not in original packaging, and one of the wheels does not glow. The company did not reply to my requests to return the wheels for a refund and send a prepaid shipping envelope for their return. I will never purchase Bont products again! I will purchase from other more helpful companies. Thank you.

After ordering and paying, then you get an email the next day saying its gonna take 5-7 weeks. How about you put that as a warning before people pay. Or you could tell people what's out of stock so they can pick something else before buying something and having to wait for them.
