Love the candle but the sampler not so much, The scents weren’t that strong

Candle doesn’t burn evenly.

This very last Home Sweet Home Candle I got was not filled up very far to top of jar. This is the 4th Home Sweet Home candle I got, and all the others went up pretty far to top of jar, but this one for some reason was down pretty far compared to others. Still smells absolutely devine and I love them !!! Home Sweet Home is my favorite scent !!!

On line shopping is easy and straightforward. I selected Hibiscus Rose, which is a lovely scent. Jazz Lounge remains my favorite.

Shopping was very easy. Product descriptions were clear and we even received a discount for simply sharing our email address.

The trio kit was overpriced for such small candles. To potent. Delivery took longer than expected. Needs to be a better return policy/ refund even though it’s burned. Or maybe offer a tea light candle size. I was bummed out.

Love all the candles I’ve purchased prior to this . Disappointed in this experience and now hesitant to re order - they are not inexpensive and apprehensive to risk additional funds for a similar experience.

Navigating and purchasing was a breeze. My only small issue is that when I buy more than one candle at a time, one arrives promptly while the other seems to delay for some reason. Despite this, I’m still giving 5 stars because their customer service, especially in responding to the delayed candle, is absolutely top-tier!

These candles don't smell at all when burning. I'm thinking if that is only because they are small, there would be some sort of notification on the candle? This is preventing me from ordering a full size.

When my package went missing, customer service was so helpful and immediately helped me get a replacement. Very kind and professional, would recommend to everybody!
