Everything is great! Shipping is a little much especially when a bracelet is supposed to be free, but at the end of the day, it’s worth it! And the shipping costs are understandable given it would cost the company shipping anyways. I love how they are so quick to get you a new animal if something happens to the one you’re tracking! Truly a great experience!

I shouldn’t have been missing 2 out of 4 animal tracking cards for the 4 brackets I bought. I decided to buy directly from Fahlo instead of local gift shops thinking that I was supporting the cause better, but I felt let down when I had to chase up and re explain the items that were missing and they were gifts so I didn’t want digital codes. It was frustrating.

We bought a plush shark originally for our grandson. Once we got home we downloaded the app and realized how cool it is to see and follow the travels of the our shark! It's fun to see other animals that other family has as well. It gives good information on how they get started with tracking and history. The map view gives great perspective on where the animals are in the world.
