My first 2 orders from Fahlo got lost in the mail. That was an unfortunate issue since one of them was a birthday gift. It took a lot longer to get them than expected. Customer service was very helpful and they were able to ship out 2 new orders but like I said they were very late. I’m nervous to place another order.
