Buying directly from McKillians is way better than buying from Amazon. Amazon has shipped wrong model quick connects in the past, or potentially opened products with the older style gaskets instead of current one with indent.

Very easy proses the only inconvenience was how the things got shipped separately and I had to keep trying to chase down the delivery driver because I needed to sign in person and that made it difficult to actually get my item but it has worked very well when I got it! The web site is good and thoughtfully laid out. The lack of customer care personnel is very disappointing. Small family owed businesses or multinational companies alike need someone to answer the phone and provide product support. The more you sell the more you will need it. I will reserve final judgement until I see how you handle my difficulties here. I want the unit very much and I have purchased nearly all accessories that you sell. I was completely sold on the brand but now I' not so sure
