After-sales service is very useless. If you need to return or replace something, just forget about it. They block people and then don't even contact again. I was their permanent customer. An item worth a few thousand turned out to be defective, which they didn't even consider appropriate to respond to. I also emailed and messaged the branch manager, Siraj Khan, but all this is fake. They only sell things; they don't take returns or replacements. If a case is filed, they don't even reply.
