I give it 4 out of 5 stars because the cup that I wanted was out of stock I asked for a notification for when it came back in the stock never got a notification about it coming back in the stock but checked one day and it was back. The over all online experience of purchasing was very easy.

I have ordered from Frost Buddy around 15 times, because I love all their products. The universal Buddy was my first purchase, I think I now have about 10 of those. They are great for camping.
