Item took longer than expected to arrive since the original item was lost in transit. Although it was not the error of Frost Buddy for the item being lost, it would’ve been good to have the replacement item sent expeditiously instead of the same as the original. The item was eventually received close to a month later and a 25% refund was issued.

I love the product and am so happy with the new lids! I delayed trying Frostbuddy until this new lid design and was ordering different lids for my Stanley versions due to the leak factor. I also have some Brumates, but Frostbuddy has pushed those off the pedestal!
