I’ve only had one cup come broken and they replaced it immediately and I got it in two days. Then I washed one of my cups that was textured and wasn’t sealed and the glow part of it came off. They replaced it immediately and I’m getting it in a few days. Customer service is absolutely amazing. If you have a problem just get in touch with them and they’ll fix it! Halloween is my favorite time of year! Needed them all but the sell out fast!
