Helpful staff provided prompt service. I learned I have astigmatism in my shooting eye the day after placing my order. I emailed CT (after business hours) asking if I could change my order from the red reticle (Saturn) and red dot (Mercury) to both green, with a full understanding that it may be too late to change my order, and the team responded on the next business day and accommodated my request.
