Honestly, this product seems designed to make you *more* anxious. The scents and flavors of the refills are horrible—they’re so bad they actually make you feel nauseous. The only decent one is the green one, and even that didn't last four days (and there were three included in the pack). In short, it’s a very expensive product that is difficult to keep in your mouth; the smell and taste are atrocious. I deeply regret having paid $97 for this kit.

This product is horrible, didn’t help one bit, nor do I think this product truly helped anyone at all. This didn’t help me with urges or habits at all, I still felt the cravings strongly. I stopped using the product within days, and ended up preferring just the cold turkey method to quit my addition, worked better anyways!
