Sent the wrong wide sanding belts. The previous order was delayed for several weeks due to a back order of another product in my cart. It wasn’t until I called to inquire was it shipped. The back order product was round sanding disks. I asked the customer service rep to change the grit to something in stock which he agreed. Instead, he cancelled my order for the sanding disks altogether.
