Everything was exactly as it was portrayed! The only issue was the beard oil cap was broken and we lost some of the oil before we realized that the twisted cap didn’t close! We were able to substitute another cap and we were able to keep majority of the oil without losing the whole bottle! The oil is everything!!

Hello Respected Roots Customer Service Team,
I am writing to express my disappointment that my repeated requests to cancel were not honored. Despite asking at least three times for shipments and charges to stop, your company continued sending product and charging my debit card.
This created unnecessary financial strain and ultimately forced me to cancel my debit card just to prevent further recurring charges. That should not have been necessary.
