My shopping experience was very frustrating because, I ordered and paid for the products on December 1st, tunant2025, and my promised delivery date was December 13th, 2025, and the it was changed to December 19th, 2025, but I did not receive my order until January 5th, 2026! And unfortunately there is no live Customer Service Agent that you can reach or communicate with in order to follow-up on your order, Only an AI Generated emailing system!! I will never go through this again!
