Measured my dog. Put measurements into your size thing. Bought the size recommended. Got them personalised as it was offered. Collar looks pathetic as the personalised writing goes under the clip. And absolutely no-one can work out how on earth to get the strappy thing that's meant to be a harness on my dog. So I've wasted over £100 on pink straps that have absolutely no use!
