I received numerous emails asking me to rate the product, that I had not received. I sent NUMEOUS emails to your company explaining I had not received the item and NONE of my emails were answered!!!!!!!! I find this to not only be unacceptable, but extremely poor customer service and business practice. It is quite unfortunate since you have some lovely pieces I would love to purchase, however having several emails being unanswered, I will not do business with your organization again!
