I am not satisfied with my purchase. The item I received is not as pictured on your website. The website shows the colors on the item as being a darker, more vibrant blue with speckled texture, and the gold is a vivid gold. The item I received is much more dull blue and gold. Additionally, there are small chips in the paint in various areas, so white shows through, and the finish on the lady’s hands, arms and legs is very rough. After browsing the website, I was impressed, intrigued, made my selection, and purchased two statuettes — one white and the other black.
I eagerly awaited their arrival for two and a half weeks, but upon receiving them, I was deeply disappointed. The paint finish on the statuettes is poor, and in some areas, the coating is uneven. The white lettering on the black statuette is subpar, and in certain sections, the engraved letters were left unpainted.
