My effect came with a small chip on it that obviously happened during shipping. I reached out and got an almost immediate response. The person that answered my email apologized, took responsibility, and immediately sent out a new piece to replace it. They included tracking and it arrived a few days later. GREAT customer service on top of the already great quality you expect from TCC. Another winner!
