No one checks emails so how is a customer suppose to get in touch with anyone when there is a problem with an order. When I placed my order there was a problem with the website and wouldn't take the name that I wanted on it, it took the name of an order I did before. The website kept glitchin. I reached out right away to your email sent am email and never back. I email a day to check in and they said it was to late. If you don't check emails how do you know if a customer needed assistance.
