I ordered a replacement filter for our first one but the ones sent did not fit onto it despite the fact I ordered the same ones as the last time, so I ended up buying a full new filter but the quality of the second was not as good overall. Purchased water filter in December and it wasnā€™t good quality so I asked for a refund. I had to pay $30 to have it sent back so I can get a refund. AJ the owner never paid me the refund. I went through the customer tribunal to try and retrieve my money as she blocked my emails and calls. She ended up sending a receipt to them saying she paid but then stopped payment. This person is running a scam business, do yourself a favour and donā€™t buy anything!

No way other than email to contact this company and two products which do not work both products leak making them unusable. Very very disappointing customer service. I am left with useless pieces of water softener products for my shower head, with my emails now being completely ignored. Donā€™t waste your hard earned money.
