The new one exchange information (one item in an order?) the extra fee for a credit card refund (does it also apply to a store credit?) was confusing on the website, so it took several messages to Customer Success to understand the new policy which wasn't announced. I see there is more information as you try to exchange the item on when the extra fee applies. appreciate. I wish the website information and FAQ information for exchanges and refunds would be updated to be more clear.
