The selection is off and most of the items advertised seem to always be out of stock and magically reappear when a sale ends. I think I’m done ordering from WoolX. It’s a shame because I like the idea behind this company, but the execution is lacking. The sizes don’t seem to scale up to real human shapes, so from one size to the next, they just don’t work. One size will be too small and the next size up is enormous.

It was easy to order and exchange for other items. Only negative is that I have not received an update on when those items will be shipped or the expected date of the return. I’m assuming they will be sent after the items are verified, but it’s a lengthy process. Next time I would probably just return and then order the items I wanted. Unfortunately, because of WoolX policy, I won’t be able to take the skorts with me on the trip I purchased them for, which is a bit disappointing.
