Customer service does respond relatively quickly when you pose a question. My answer (buy petite if under 5'3") was helpful but inaccurate; the leggings are definitely long on me (5'3"). I have since seen a customer service post on WoolX in response to a 'long' comment that petite should be bought if under 5'4"...unfortunately i bought a 'final sale' color.
