It shouldn’t take me having to reach out twice over the length of almost 2 months now to have my account and my membership canceled. I also despise the fact that cancellation only occurs via email as that allows the company to extend its extraction without following through when the customer directly wants to cancel. I have warned all people about Aura Blooms, true nature as I’ve worked customer service for over 10 years and have never experienced such a lack of regard for their customers!
