I've had so many problems. The package said delivered, never got delivered. My address is correct, and than the support basically said "As a one-time exception, I would be delighted to request our fulfillment team to send you a replacement at no additional cost." One time exception? I don't know what happens with the USPS. It doesnt make me want to continue my purchase.
