Lovely.

I thought I would have gotten the bag sooner but it was explained to me that it takes about six weeks because of processing and shipping time. I was very pleased when they arrived. Will be purchasing more in the western collection. They are very unique.

I like all the choices and the ease of navigating the website.

I also ordered the purse but it was smaller than I expected. The advertisement always showed a medium or larger, I inquired about what size was the one on the picture and my question was answered.

I get nervous with the shipping and I contacted them. The response time was immediate and professional. The choices were plentiful. The purchasing process was fine. I plan to be a repeat customer.

My bag is a birthday gift however it came with a bent in the bag. How do I get the bent out of the bag? Thank you

I am very disappointed with my experience. The product I received was not an accurate representation of what was shown on your website, and the quality did not match what was advertised. Your company does not stand behind its products or make things right for customers. This is not a fair or trustworthy business. Based on my experience, I would not recommend anyone purchasing from your company. My experience was not pleasant at all.

It took awhile longer than expected however I’m pleased with my purchase.

This is my first order with Queenira. My second order, has not arrived yet. I’ve never had an order to take longer than a week. So this has been an experience for me hopefully my bag will come tomorrow.

My wife has four purses from them. And they are all equally stunning. The wait time can be a little long. But trust in the process it is coming lol.

Love this website. I’ve brought from there over 6 times within a years.

I feel the estimated delivery date should be disclosed at the time of ordering. The company can be located in USA, but if the product is made in a foreign country, it will take much longer to deliver.

Too early to make a decision. I’m waiting to find out if I get a premium leather purse. Not sure it is medium.

The shipping system is horrible; I ordered all three pieces and only received two, but the tracking system says I received it but I didn’t I have communicated with this company about my order and I have not received my 3rd order yet 🙁
