Awesome customer service, outstanding communications

It's easy to shop the platform just wish there was more transparency in the descriptions

I understand the chance resellers take with purchasing these type of boxes, but I do purchase from other similar sites very often and I will say in comparison this is the worst experience I’ve ever had. I understand that some boxes you will have many repeat sizes styles and what not but what I received was like almost all of the exact same top. As a seasoned reseller, of wholesale items there is no appeal in buying from you.

I just received two boxes. They are both not what I ordered. They were boxes from pretty little thing. One box is only 19 of the same plastic pink dress and nothing else. Another box is supposed to be bathing suites and are only 14 bathing suit tops only. No bottoms. This is no where near what I ordered. This is not the items advertised for sell. This is not the number of items that were supposed to be in the box. I would like to get a refund and return the items or get the remaining items that

I’ve been purchasing from Helpsy for a while now and have been very happy with most purchases.

Ordered was pushed back twice and order wasnt what i was expecting

Good deal, arrived quicker than expected

Shipping was super quick, ordering experience was seamless! My only complaint is that 10 items out of 40 were very damaged and unsellable. There is no way the sorters would have missed some of these. I understand there is a 10-15% damage rate but this box was more like 25%.

Terrible stuff

One box was pretty good, the other pretty bad. When purchasing a 40 piece box, I don’t really want more than half of it to be the same item.

Very difficult to get ahold of customer support to rectify an issue. I received an order with 25% of the box with flaws, another box that never shipped, and an email with a coupon code that did not work. Seems like the company is struggling on multiple fronts.
