We had about 10-15 pieces with heavy usage and pilling and washwear. We have several that are super outdated and no one wants. Every box has been terrible except for the very first one I ordered three years ago. The clothes were neatly folded and there were many valuable pieces. Since then the clothes are just rolled up in a ball, they reek of perfume and are covered in pet hair and many have no brand or material tags at all. It makes me think they pay extra special attention to your first box so you’ll keep ordering trying to get the quality of that first box again. Will definitely be looking for another source.
