Ordered stuff to see what it was like. Now I know if I will order again.

other than the mystery box Ive been pretty disappointed, maybe if i make larger purchases the brands and quality will get better, in each box theres a good amount of items that I think are just filler, dress linings that are unsellable, very poor quality tanks and the stained items are usually not cleanable, ive tried. One of the other boxes had a coat that i was excited about when i saw the tag but as i pulled it out it smelled has a large rip in the seam and was just gross

I sent a DM asking about the Amazon suits and never got a response back, yet when purchasing via DM very fast response. Just curious why Amazon was included in the box but not mentioned via story :)

Got my shoe box pretty fast but the clothing pallet hasn’t come and I have heard nothing. No communication on it.

Order in the past few years, my first NuSource order. Will try another type of box.

Customer service was very responsive when I contacted them after I received my order. It is greatly appreciated.

It's improving. In the past I waited for a long time for a response. I think maybe now the team is getting to know my name and the response time is a tiny bit faster.

I didn't have any experience with NuSource except for placing order online. Process was easy.

Our experience with NuSource was very disappointing. After we wired payment, they promised next-day shipping but delayed for over a week. We sent our freight driver for pickup and only then learned their location couldn’t handle a large truck, which was never disclosed. Our APL order also arrived short, and later the missing pairs appeared being resold on Instagram. Very concerning and dishonest business practices.

The website is hard to tell what you will be getting. I know that name brand boxes go fast so I chose a spring mix box. I wish there was some way to pick sizes, and the type of spring items you would like to receive. I don’t need a bunch of crop top tank tops in all smalls.

Sipping was super fast so that’s why I’m giving a 2 star rating. I’ve purchased from NuSource a few times and loved my boxes. I was so excited for this box! My customers are always asking for bras, shapewear and socks. This box was very misleading. Heavily used bras, a majority missing size tags and used shapewear with an ungodly perfume scent that spread to the entire box contents. A few NWT items but they unfortunately smell like the overwhelming perfume. Total bust.

First time I didn’t like a box. Lack of variety in it. Wish it would come with good brands but instead it was almost all from H&M

I've tried several boxes.... not worth the money. It is convenient but I get far more bang for my buck elsewhere. You do have very good customer service though. I have been impressed with how my concerns have been handled.

I like the fast shipping. The products were of quality and I like that they were in boxes. The only downside is that the boxes were damaged.

Jewelry was trash.

I had better experiences in the past. Unfortunately the inventory I've received in my last few orders is getting progressively worse

Speed of delivery was great. Mix of items, not so much and not sure if it was due to geography

Sometimes they are very slow sending the orders and I have to follow up with them to get the products. Otherwise good experience!

Shipping is very slow. I ordered this box plus one other on Jan 8. Just received this box and the other hasn’t even shipped yet. So far not super impressed
