The website is hard to tell what you will be getting. I know that name brand boxes go fast so I chose a spring mix box. I wish there was some way to pick sizes, and the type of spring items you would like to receive. I don’t need a bunch of crop top tank tops in all smalls.

Sipping was super fast so that’s why I’m giving a 2 star rating. I’ve purchased from NuSource a few times and loved my boxes. I was so excited for this box! My customers are always asking for bras, shapewear and socks. This box was very misleading. Heavily used bras, a majority missing size tags and used shapewear with an ungodly perfume scent that spread to the entire box contents. A few NWT items but they unfortunately smell like the overwhelming perfume. Total bust.

First time I didn’t like a box. Lack of variety in it. Wish it would come with good brands but instead it was almost all from H&M

Happy with product and customer service so far

I've tried several boxes.... not worth the money. It is convenient but I get far more bang for my buck elsewhere. You do have very good customer service though. I have been impressed with how my concerns have been handled.

I like the fast shipping. The products were of quality and I like that they were in boxes. The only downside is that the boxes were damaged.

Jewelry was trash.

I sent in an email regarding this box on 2/9 and have yet to hear from someone but have had 4 requests to rate the box. I was waiting until I heard from someone but I guess I'm done waiting.

Would like to see larger sizes. It’s hard to sell XS and S in my location

I had better experiences in the past. Unfortunately the inventory I've received in my last few orders is getting progressively worse

Speed of delivery was great. Mix of items, not so much and not sure if it was due to geography

Sometimes they are very slow sending the orders and I have to follow up with them to get the products. Otherwise good experience!

Shipping is very slow. I ordered this box plus one other on Jan 8. Just received this box and the other hasn’t even shipped yet. So far not super impressed

Love getting my boxes

I received items that were very poor quality and damaged. I also got brands thst werent listed on the sheet. The items smelled like perfume as well. I already reached out to customer service.

I used to buy from you guys when you were "Helpsy" quite a bit. Since you have changed to "Nusource", all the boxes I have gotten have been sub-par, with damaged and outdated pieces. It is really disappointing, as I used to rely on you to get good inventory.

My first order was great, the second took a long time to fulfill and I ended up underwhelmed.

I've bought other boxes before and they were great.
