I am very disappointed with both the product quality and the overall experience. The welding on the mugs is poorly finished, with very noticeable burn marks, and I could not find any indication of the country of origin on either the mugs or the packaging.
In addition, the shipping experience was below expectations, and I am unable to process a return on my own without a shipping label provided by your team.
