The ring is very nice but not durable at all and cracked with one 2 inch drop onto my table

I asked them to change my order after already sending it in and they were very responsive and they did, but unfortunately they switched out the wrong ring and were not great about replying to that, the rings are still great tho and totally worth it

Delivery was good. The post-selling service a little bit less good, because they didn't know EU cunsumer law related to the refund and replacement of products, and the refund is still in progress
