I can't understand why what I ordered was not picked packed and sent
Disappointing experience and waste of money as they won't be used. There are also NO INSTRUCTIONS on how the tube inside the bottle loose, is supposed to be fixed or used with the top cap attachment and it's very ambiguous, so I have ended up not using the bottles at all. I need to be shown and told what the tube is for, how it fits and which end is the top attachment. Shoddy.
