The air frier arrived, totally unbadged and far, far smaller than the one advertised. It came with a circular mesh insert that was far too big for the square glass unit. Despite my many attempts to elicit an explanation from customer services, they insisted that it would fit if I bent it out of shape until it jammed in place. The company are a bunch of charlatans and I advise people to avoid them at all costs.
