Not accurate

Only thing I would change is the tracking my orders. I wish the tracker popped up on SHOP 🥲 but it still comes in a timely manner so I’m not too disappointed.

So many unique options.

Order address two weeks before my daughter birthday didn’t get into a whole week later very disappointed and it wasn’t nothing that could be done about it and I feel like this is something y’all do and y’all are aware of what people do not get their product in a manner. It’s just not right at all.

Dress didn’t fit and missing rose

Not the greatest communication. I have tried multiple times to get ahold of someone about returns/credits etc and no one has returned back to me, but I receive many emails to do a review, so here it is.

I was told that custom order dresses were not returnable. When I ordered a regular size I thought that meant it was a regular size not custom ordered. I thought custom ordered meant sending my exact measurements. The wording online was confusing. Had I known I could not return if I did not like it I would have never bought the dress and I now I have a dress that I do not like and can't return. I am very unhappy.

lied about your clothes

They will not let you return it unless it is damaged...they don't care if it doesn't fit you.

The dress was not similar in quality to the photo presented on the website. Customer service assisted me with a store credit and partial refund.

False marketing. Poor customer service. They would not accept a return and apply a refund for an item sold that does not match the description. Total scam.

I ordered this dress based on the photos shown, and while the design itself is beautiful, I was disappointed by several important issues. The listing photos show the top without buttons in the back, however the dress I received does include buttons, which significantly changes the fit. Because of this, the top fits much tighter than expected and does not sit the way it appears in the photos. See previous comment. Absolutely ridiculous return policy ever. No reputable clothing company offers no returns or exchanges for items that do not fit. The return policy is also incredibly misleading. Will never purchase from you again and will warn all of my friends to not do business with you either.

Amazing customer service!

I order 2 Jumpsuit and I came with out the straps... customer service will not help.. keep saying It came with it, they even sent a picture.. I had no need to lie.
