Some photos of bags show different hardware for example the Bianca woven clutch bag has different gold clasp in one picture it shows as a gold knot and in other photo a gold straight rod. How do u know what u r getting. I think the knot is the better one.

Overall, my experience with this brand has been pretty disappointing. The product didn’t match the photos at all, and when I tried to sort it out, I found out returns have to be paid for by the customer. The return shipping was actually more expensive than the item itself, which felt really unreasonable. It doesn’t give much confidence in ordering again, especially when other brands offer accurate listings and free or easier returns. I wouldn’t recommend shopping here based on my experience.
