Really poor service when need to return an item. Had to email multiple times to get an agreement for a full refund and am still awaiting this , plus it cost me £16 to return the dress as well

This is my first experience in my last I’m quite unhappy with the quality of the product and the solution for the return/store Credit. will not be purchasing again.

The coat took a while to come. Other than it not looking like the picture. I was expecting a longer coat along with the fur pattern a little different.

It was not clear when I purchased the coat that it was from China. That became clear when shipping took almost a month and the quality is obviously very poor.

It took forever to receive my item. Did not get within the time frames mentioned of 5-8 business days. Got it late. Missed the occasion.

Unfortunately, my overall experience was disappointing. Although ordering was straightforward, the product fit and construction did not meet expectations despite carefully following the size guide. The return process is also very disappointing, as returns require international shipping to China at the customer’s expense, which was not clearly disclosed at the time of purchase. For these reasons, I would not order again.
