HORRIBLE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS WEBSITE THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND YOU WON’T GET ANYTHING!!! I order my jacket in May 20th and it said it shipped May 23rd. I waited till June 10 and it still hasn’t come, I messaged someone at soera and they informed the didn’t even have the jacket in stock! So the shipping was a lie. Over the last several days I have emailed and tried to get contact with them and they just keep ignoring me and sending me the same attacking link I received on May 20th.

I've just explained it. Received wrong product, but no exchange or refund yet despite 8+ back and forth emails. Had to send pictures twice. Was offered everything from store credit to partial refund, and was even told that I would have to pay to send back the (wrong!!!!) product for a full refund. I was eventually promised a full refund, but have to received it yet, and have no way to trace it. Would have given it zero stars if I could.
