I still haven’t received my printer and receive no communication from the company unless I chase them for it (through email which appears to be the only way to deal with them). My printer didn't turn up as got delivered to wrong address by Evri. As Any cubic gave them the wrong address.
Anycubic don't want to know and the extra insurance you pay for is waste of money as they don't want to know even with proof of no delivery.
Would never ever use them again.
I'm £500 out of pocket because there incompetence
