Companies experience fulfilment issues & I am a very understanding customer. However, not even a simple communication almost 2 months later advising of your companies fulfillment issues is not good business practice. You send an email giving a processed date alluding the order is on its way for a month plus with no further update & no merchandise...when in fact it never left your facility is deceiving. You are quick to take the payment but not so forth coming that the order may never arrive.
